Tuesday, May 19

First Tuesday: Loire Valley

Five courses, five pours, eighteen seats. Eli runs the wine narrative; Sage builds the menu around it. Sancerre to start, Chinon Cabernet Franc with the main, a Coteaux du Layon to close.

Sourcing Series

Thursday, May 21

Wood River Farm Collective night

Marcia Beaufort joins from the Wood River Valley for the night. Four courses paired with whatever's harvesting that week. Sage cooks at the pass; Marcia talks the farm between courses.

Holiday weekend

Friday-Sunday, May 23-25

Memorial Weekend brunch and dinner

Full service all three days. Limited extended hours on Sunday — last seating at 9pm. Bloody mary lineup runs both Saturday and Sunday brunch.

Wine Dinner

Tuesday, June 2

First Tuesday: Côte de Beaune

Premium-tier night, sixteen seats only. White Burgundy through the first two courses, Volnay and Pommard across the mains. The wine list goes deeper than usual for this one.
