Toast first — twelve versions across morning, savory, and sweet. Plates, salads, soups, six bloody marys, and a wine list Eli built for Tuesday nights. Menu changes when the farms change — usually Tuesdays.

Every item names what’s on it and where it came from. Camas Prairie Mill flour. Wood River Farm Collective greens. Hagerman trout. Pioneer Mountain honey. If something isn’t named, ask Marisol — she knows.
