Section B · Bloody Marys
Brunch only — Saturday and Sunday, 11 to 2. Six versions, six personalities. The bar program takes brunch seriously.

House tomato base, horseradish, celery salt, lemon, perfect spice — the baseline the others measure against.

Mezcal-spiked, smoked salt rim, charred lemon. Reads sweet at first; the smoke shows up second.

Beef broth, beef-fat-washed vodka, a hint of Worcestershire. Drinks like a meal.

Tomatillo and jalapeño base, blanco tequila instead of vodka. Green, bright, properly hot.

House pickle brine, cucumber, dill vodka, gold leaf garnish. The playful one.

Sage-infused gin, basil, lemon, lime. The lightest of the six — built for the second round.
